This week we started a brand new series!

God cares how we handle our money. He wants us to be wise and to live with freedom in all areas of our life, including our finances!

The biggest cultural issue keeping us from winning with our money is INSTANT GRATIFICATION. Our current self often does not take into consideration how our actions in the moment are affecting our future self!

What is an area in your life where you struggle with Instant Gratification?

Scripture calls us to be Prudent - "acting with or showing care and thought for our FUTURE."

What would it look like to increase your Financial prudence?

How would it change the way you view your money?

What is one thing you would STOP doing with your money?

What is one thing you would START doing?

Most people believe that the solution to their money problems is to make more money. More money can potentially help; however, we saw in scripture that the root issue isn't salary, it is Behavior.

Money is meant to FUEL our mission. In a world that runs on money, having control of your finances frees you to go all in pursuing your God-given Purpose!

What is one thing you can commit to doing differently with your money this week?

-Open a retirement account

-Delete those shopping apps

-Start driving more affordable cars

-Sign up for Financial Peace University

PRAY:

God has blessed us so greatly and often we don't realize it because we are not stewarding it well. Gratitude is key to having the proper perspective on our finances. Spend some time thanking God for all He has given you and committing to becoming better and better stewards of it.
